- Delivery details: your area, street address and directions to your home or collection point.
- Membership details: your chosen package, household size and payment history.
- Messages you send us through WhatsApp, email, Facebook or this website.
- Basic technical information that your browser sends when you visit this site.
3. How we use it
- To register you as a member and manage your package.
- To arrange, schedule and complete deliveries and collections.
- To confirm payments and keep accurate records.

4. Sharing your information

5. The join form and WhatsApp
The join form on this website does not store your details on our server. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp with your message ready, and you decide whether to send it. Messages you send on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
6. Embedded content
This site shows a video from our Facebook page. When that video loads, Facebook can collect information about your visit in line with its own privacy policy.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a member, and afterwards only for as long as we need it for our records or as the law requires. Then we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
8. Keeping it safe
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
9. Your rights
Under POPIA, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. You can also ask us to stop sending you updates.
